Sense of packages

I don't have IP.Nexus. If I understand correctly, packages have sense if I have Nexus.

But without Nexus packages could have sense too.

Example:

Basically we have one package for free.

OK, second package could be for 1 USD. This package means, when member buy it, his item will be marked as important.

For better explanation here is an example:

When in categories is lot of items, marked items will be much more visible, there is bigger likelihood that your advert will be seen and packages will have sense without Nexus :)

You can't charge 1 USD for a package without Nexus. Nexus is required in order to charge for adverts.

Featured items is implemented with 1.2 and can be defined on a per package basis.
