IP.Content hook not correctly show zero price

When creating a block in IPContent and trying to show the price field you get a return of 0.00 if the domain has no price listed. 0.00 may not be true when the buyer has selected offer. "Offer" is what's shown in the classifieds themselves when 0.00 is selected.
